The friendship between Ross and Chandler is an interesting one. There are a lot of things that happened between them that never really made a lot of sense. Out of the six main characters on Friends, each member has a different relationship with their surrounding circle. For example, the friendship between Joey and Phoebe is much different than the friendship between Monica and Rachel. And both of those friendships are far different from the friendship that Ross and Chandler share.
