According to a news release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, officers were dispatched to Alterra Park, 4921 Soquel Canyon Parkway, on Thursday, June 9 to a lady who claimed Peter had been keeping her against her will at his home for many months.

McGuire was at a property in Placentia when a deputy tried to serve an arrest warrant for him on Saturday, June 11, but he locked himself in the house and refused to come out.
